Inspections take about an hour. You get the photographs and the written condition report the same day, whether or not there is a job in it for us.

What happens next

Same day. A short call is enough to pick the right first session, which for most people is a float or a sauna and plunge.

Five minutes before your first session: where everything is, how the room works, and what happens if you want to get out early.

Memberships are explained after the session, not before it, and never while you are still in a dressing gown.
