What is here
Eight things, and they stack.
Sauna, then plunge, then float is the order most regulars settle into. Say so when you book and the rooms are sequenced for you.
Float therapy
Sixty or ninety minutes in body-temperature water saturated with Epsom salt. No light, no sound, no gravity worth mentioning.
Red light therapy
Full-body panels. Research on visual acuity shows improvements in the range of 17 to 20 per cent, and it is the least demanding thing in the building.
Cold plunge
Two to four minutes, which is all it takes and considerably longer than it feels.
Infrared sauna
Paired with the plunge for contrast therapy, which is the combination most members end up building their visit around.
Compression therapy
Sequential compression for legs and hips, usually after training or after a long flight.
PEMF therapy
Pulsed electromagnetic field sessions, generally stacked with a float rather than taken alone.
Facials
Booked individually or discounted on every membership tier.
Massage
Therapeutic and recovery work, also discounted on every tier.
Membership
And this is what a tier actually gets you.
Sessions included each month, everything else discounted, and nothing that expires if you miss a week.
Memberships are non-transferrable. Current pricing is confirmed at the studio.

Start with one float and decide afterwards.
No membership needed to book the first session, and nobody will try to sell you one while you are still in a dressing gown.

Before you book
The questions everybody asks.
I am claustrophobic. Can I still float?
Almost certainly. The lid stays open if you want it open, the light stays on if you want it on, and you can get out whenever you like. Most people who worry about this beforehand do not think about it again after the first ten minutes.
What do I need to bring?
Nothing. Towels, earplugs and everything else are here. People float without a swimsuit, in a private room, because the salt is easier on skin than fabric is.
How often is worth coming?
For recovery, weekly is where most members land, which is why the tiers are built around a monthly session with everything else discounted rather than around a class pack that expires.
Can I combine treatments in one visit?
Yes, and most regulars do: sauna, plunge, then a float, in that order. Say so when you book and the rooms are sequenced for you.
Is there parking?
Yes, on site. The studio is open Tuesday to Sunday, 9am to 8pm.
